Was trying to order some xmas presents on line yesterday but had a load of trouble. Went into Pontefract store today bought one of the items I needed and the young lady assistant ordered the other item for me to pick up in a couple of days - job done. No hassle and the assistant was a joy. Thankyou.

I went to this branch to buy some Xmas perfume, staff didn't allow me to hold the products I wanted to buy for fear of me stealing (I would imagine due to me being a younger man wearing clothes they may associate with someone who might be that way inclined, tracksuit bottoms and a body warmer) the staff didn't hand me the the items untill after I had paid at the till, needless to say that was unnecessary and unacceptable profiling, especially given that the items I wanted only totalled £110. Disapointing discrimination if nothing else given the 2 women who i dealt with were less than well presented roses them selves.

Boots Pontefract have messed up an order of mine, simply by spelling my surname wrong ! I have already been in twice to try n collect my order ! Now I know their mistake I am going back in today, 🤞🏻 hopefully I can collect my order at last. …

Staff are always helpful. Most times I've had to wait 5 minutes or more in the queue to pick up a prescription & sometimes the medicines are not ready to pick up. I can see the staff are working hard. It's a pity this branch is not open on a Sunday.

Pharmacist and her minions have a really bad attitude. Ask very personal questions that aren't needed and think they can over rule a doctor on pills he's said you needed. Won't ever retuen. Place is dirty, smells and staff are rude

Would have been five stars but there were not enough staff and that puts them under pressure. The lady on the tills was doing everything and was helpful. The pharmacy staff excelled thank you all today
